We are a Private billing Practice: Though we Bulk Bill at Doctors Discretion.
Adult Private Patient (No Concession Card) – at Doctors Discretion or a full private fee payable on the day of consult.
Medicare rebate is sent electronically into your account immediately at the time of payment.
Health Care card and all Concessions card holders are bulk billed to Medicare. Conditions apply: Cards must not be expired and must be produced at time of billing. Private fees will apply if concession cards are not valid.
Children (under 16 years) with a current Medicare/Pension Card are bulk billed to Medicare.
Consultations which attract an additional private fee are as follows;
Reciprocal Medicare Card Holders or patients who are not registered or do not have a current Medicare Card
Standard & Commercial Drivers Licence Medical Assessments
Medical Assessments: e.g. Pre-employment medicals etc.
Medicals for other purposes i.e. General, Insurance, Legal
Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle claims where a claim number cannot be produced at the time of consultation.
Dressings, Minor Procedures, Implanon removal and insertion, ECG, Spirometry, Ear Syringe, Immunisations/Injections

Updating your details:
For our database to be up to date we request that all patients regularly advise our receptionist their current address, contact telephone numbers, current Medicare Card details, current Pension Card details and any other details that may have changed since your last visit with us.
If we do not have these correct details, it may be difficult for us to reach you when the need arises for your test results, recall reminders for pap smears, clinics or immunisations.
